I see on wiki now, I really dont know what u want to say... u said all attack skills depend on lvl, but where u have it written on this wiki or on different wiki {{Smileys|:)}} . I am really affraid, that I wrote only one record about it, now u have really nothing. Its good that u know it, but u must write it (for more people - this is spirit of wiki...) {{Smileys|;)}} ...<br/>
Yes, all skills really dont depend on lvl (maybe 1/3 of every skills no... buffs, hastes and defences skills)<br/>

To be honest - I dont want be rude, but most of time, when I see on activity on this wiki I really dont know how to behave (be quiet is maybe the best)... Veatir was banned with reason bot (Jae), all skillgannons shields had the same defence values (I fixed the template...), SP regeneration and similiar terms have about 5-6 name variants and no links... Sometime I have feeling that skill is hardworking man, but I am really affraid check content of his pages (quality X quantity) - as his shields and their bonuses...

Have a good time, I feel I will hide myself for a long time to the dark (I was in many different project of GF and I still have many offers but I really love peace so I really dont want argue about these stupid things... its not a future)

@Sarevok: Actually, it's quite simple, you clearly don't like when things aren't done your way, or your projects don't go ahead, then you you talk and you talk, about environment, and about potential, and the need for courage to do this or that... get's really boring, you have some romantic vision of the world, and you talk a lot, and make a big deal out of the smallest things, and to be honest i don't have the time or the mood to go into it with you, if you find mistakes, either report them or correct them, going arround saying u are afraid of touching my content is just BS.

On top of that don't go arround talking about things you have no idea what you are talking about, like vaetir beeing banned by jae.

Crazypaul seems to agree with me that the level doesn't affect the skill, it affects the attack value, not the skill directly, therefore it should not be listed as something that changes the skill, but as usual, when someone doesn't agree with you, you make a big deal and start reading nonsense into it, we might even be wrong, but i'm not putting it on wiki just because you said so

Either help out or don't, it's your choice, but seriously, the playing the "i'm so great, everybody wants me, i'm always right and everything has to be done my way" it's getting seriously boring.

There's tons of things with different denominations and abreviattions, i'll get to them eventually, u're the on that have on your profile that this wiki has no potential, so why you so worried about it?
