All players above level 30 eill get a message to go to Yu-Hwan, after acitvating the quest 

Medal Fragments will drop from killed monsters and delivering them to Yu-Hwan player will collect on the 1st trade the Background.pngHero's Medal.png Hero's Medal and a Background.pngAthena's Chest.png Milon's Chest or a Background.pngAthena's Chest.png Athena's Chest depending if you are a male or a female char. The quest can be repeated as many times as possible, and the reward for the other completions of the quest is Background.pngChest of Triumph.png Chest of Triumph
