Dragon coins (just DR) is the currency in the Item Shop. You can get them for real money. By buying the item shop you get Dragon Marks (short DM) for which one can "get brand items, which are not available for dragon coins. The "exchange rate" is 1:1. That is, if you buy something for 10 dragon coins, you get paid 10 Dragon Marks.
