The Board Admin is responsible for hiring new Moderators and to assign one or more Super Moderators. The BA will add new sections to the forum, assign ranks, applying bans if necessary. The BA will also handle complaints about Mods and Smods, if an agreement with the Smod or Mods cannot be reached.
