A Super Moderator has the same rights as a Moderator, but throughout the entire forum. A Smod is responsible for Moderators, guiding them and correcting them if necessary. If you have any complaint about a Moderator this is the person to contact. Only contact the Smod when you can't come to an agreement with the Moderator. A Smod can also give a ban when needed.
