Game Masters are responsible for maintaining order on the server they will warn players breaking the rules and if needed mute and report a player for further punishment. They unstuck players and answer questions regarding the game. They will forward cases they cannot handle themselves to an SGM and in case you wish to dispute a GM made decision you should contact an SGM.
