Blessing Scroll B

Eliminates the risk of an item being destroyed when an improvement fails. In the case of failure, the item's quality is merely reduced by 1 instead. Not tradeable.

Function

Eliminates the risk of destroying an object, if its fails to improve. It will only reduce its quality (eg, previously cut by a + +6 for failure then +5, previously 0 remains 0).

Quests

This item is not used in quests.

With this Blessing Scroll is not possible to produce Blacksmith Handbook, Dragon Scroll, Scroll of War.
