Support Managers

A Support Manager has the same rights as a Supporter, but throughout all channels in the IRC. A SMang is responsible for Supporters, guiding them and correcting them if necessary. If you have any complaint about a Supporter this is the person to contact. Only contact the Smod when the Supporter can't help you. A SMang can also give a ban when needed.
