| Solution:
|
| Go to Yu-Rang. From there, you have to go to the Desert and kill a few baby spiders. After a while the Quest changes. Go to Taurean, and learn that the bell was not attached. She asks if you can attach it, and then lie to Yu-Rang. You have to go back to the Desert and kill baby spiders again until the quest changes again. Then you return to Yu-rang and then to Taurean to get the reward.
