1. Player should delete folder "hshield" and patch again, don't forget to start as Administrator.
2. Some process (TS, Keyboard, etc..) is trying to inject the client. The Player should close all additional software and try again.

1.Make sure you are not running other metin at the same time, restart your computer to be sure.
All metin folder has to be on the whitelist for both anti-virus and firewall
Disable data execution prevention if you are on windows 7 or vista
