DETECT_HACKING(checkcode=10801)

1. Player should delete folder "hshield" and patch again, don't forget to start as Administrator.
2. Some process (TS, Keyboard, etc..) is trying to inject the client. The Player should close all additional software and try again.

Could not unzip file. Error occured while downloading (URL...)

1.Make sure you are not running other metin at the same time, restart your computer to be sure.
2.All metin folder has to be on the whitelist for both anti-virus and firewall
3.Disable data execution prevention if you are on windows 7 or vista

1. This error can be cause by lack of internet connection
2. If Internet connection is present, it is likely that something is blocking metin access to the internet, make sure metin is on the white list for both your firewall and anti-virus.

4. Disable off-line mode on Internet Explorer

START_SERVICE_ERROR(ErrorCode=204)

1. Running the game as administrator (right click and select Run as Administrator)
2. Make sure hackshield is on your antivirus and firewall exception/white lists
3. Do a virus scan on your computer, some virus and malware can cause this error
4. Make sure you are not using any software that migh interfere, like some Team Speak plug ins, or even online radios and homebanking java pop-ups
4. Delete the hshield folder from the metin directory and try repatching the game as admin
5. Patch hackshield manually as admin (run hsupdate as admin)
6. If nothing works you can use the System Recovery option on windows to recover the system to a point before it stoped working
