Bonuses
Origin of bonuses
- One of the most essential part of enhancing your character is equipable items, namely bonussed items. Even the tiniest upgrade can have a significant change in terms of effect.
- Every wearable item (except for the belt) can contain bonuses. Also items being dropped by monsters have a possibility to contain bonuses.
- Items with good bonuses are ofcourse valuable. But this cannot be achieved that easy. It sometimes needs to be added and then finally changed. The real challenge is not only to get the bonuses you want, but the values as well.
- There are 2 segments in terms of adding and changing bonuses, that is the first 5 bonuses and the 6th and 7th bonus. These two work separately.
- You can view a detailed table where you can see your total values of certain bonuses. Go to your Character window (press C) and unfold the bonus page by clicking on the sidearrow on the right side.
- An explanation of all bonuses' effects can be viewed here: Bonuses Details.
1/5 bonuses
- In order to change bonuses, it must contain bonuses in the first place.
- The first 4 bonuses can be added with reinforce item, while the 5th is added with blessing marble. The adding of bonuses can fail though.
- It is recommended to have 5 bonuses on an item before changing them, because if you add them later, the added bonus will most likely have a bad value.
- It is not possible to get the same bonus as the default bonuses. There are two exceptions:
- The item has been epic upgraded.
- The item can contain different default bonuses (marked with blue). Usually items level 120.
- There are tradeable and non-tradeable reinforcements. Click on the page for more information. The B items are always not tradeable.
- The following table shows all available methods to add and change bonuses related to the first 5:

6/7 bonuses
- You can further upgrade your items by adding a 6th and 7th bonus, shortened to 6/7.
- 6/7 bonuses can only be added if there are already 5 present.
- You can add 6/7 bonuses by using the window of . This method can fail though.
- Place the item you want to add 6/7 bonuses to and present the corresponding Powershard. This depends on the item level.
- For each Powershard presented, it increases the success rate by 2%, up to a maximum of 10 pieces (which makes the success rate 20%)
- You can further increase the success rate by presenting Additives, up to a maximum of 5 pieces:

Small Additive - increases success rate by 5% per piece (makes maximum success rate 25%)
