When crafted, the elixir will last for 24 hours and will give you a random percentage rate. The more refined the Dragon Stone is, the higher the percentage can be. Available in the following percentages: 5% 15% 30% 50% 100% The percentage indicates how much time is recovered to the Dragon Stone. It is a fixed percent from the default time, for example a 50% Time Elixir recovers 12 hours to a Dragon Stone.
