This NPC is not needed for any quests

Same success chance as Guild Blacksmith and Serpent Temple Smith (+10%)
Doesn't require Upgrade Items
You may only upgrade once per run
You will receive a second and last chance when you didn't have enough Yang stored when attempting an upgrade
Only one special Blacksmith is spawned after you have killed Proud Demon King:

Players below level 75 will be teleported outside when they interact with the NPC
