This Quest appears automatically.	Go to Uriel Go to Peddler Gather 20 Silver Swords (u can buy them at Weapon Shop Dealer) Go to Peddler Go to Weol Monument and get the secret Diary Page Return to Uriel

Solution:
Go to Uriel, he will send you to Peddler. He needs 20 Silver Swords. Usually you go buy them at Weapon Shop Dealer. Now return the swords to Peddler and you will be ordered to go to Weol Memorial. There you can find the Diary Page. Finally, return to Uriel, where you receive his reward.
