Teacher of Dragon Power	Still no entry.

Temple Doctrine Temple scarf	1.700.000 EXP 30.000 Yang 3x Diamant

Solution:
Go to the Dragon Force Teacher. The quest is to kill Proud dark Colonels, until you get the Temple scarf and the Temple Doctrine, that you deliver back to Dragon Force Teacher.

Other:
Proud dark Colonels con be found mostly on 4th and 5th level of the temple.
