  • During the Christmas tree event, no monsters on the Mount Sohan are aggressive, so it can reach even weaker players.
  • "I give you something if you hang up a sock to me. The socks can be found everywhere on the continent. Only when you reach Level 10 or higher have you can hang it on me."

This NPC is not needed for any quests.
