Ah-Yu	Go to Ah-Yu Go to Weapon Shop Dealer Go to Octavio Go to Yu-Rang Go to Taurean Go to Yu-Rang colect the Rice cake Return to Ah-Yu

Solution:
Start the quest talking with Ah-Yu. Then you speak with a few people, such as Weapon Shop Dealer, Octavio Yu-Rang and Taurean. Only now you are able to get from Yu-Rang the required rice cakes, which deliver to Ah-Yu.
