Leadership
- The leader of a Group can assign their members bonuses if the groupleader has learnt the leadership skills.
- You can view the current leadership level by opening the skill tab (V) and watch the leadership icon
- The first bonus can be assigned from leadership level 5. The maximum leadership level is P.
- Bonuses to groupmembers can be assigned, edited or removed by clicking on the playername in the group and select the corresponding buff icon.
- The higher the leadership level, the higher and more different bonuses can be assigned to groupmembers.
- The bonuses can only be activated within range of the groupleader, similar as to receiving EXP.
- You can enhance your received bonuses as a groupmember by learning the skill Inspiration.
- A small portion of the selected bonuses are reflected back to the groupleader (5, 10 and 15% at level 5, M1 and G1 respectively), these bonuses can be enhanced by learning the skill Charisma.
- If you assign multiple groupmembers the same role, the reflected value will be picked based on the player with the highest Inspiration level. It will not stack up.
- The groupleader can assign 2 of the same roles to different groupmembers. Only at leadership level P, the groupleader can assign 3 of the same roles to different groupmembers.
- The number of roles that can be given differs according to the leadership level:
- Level 5-19: 2 roles
- M1-M4: 3 roles
- M5-G4: 4 roles
- G5-G10: 5 roles
- P: 7 roles
