Essential for upgrading equipment
Produces Scroll of War if you give him Magic Copper Ore, Blessing Scroll and 200.000 Yang
Produces Dragon Scroll if you give him Magic Iron Ore and Blessing Scroll
Produces Blacksmith Handbook if you give him Stone of the Blacksmith and Blessing Scroll

Additional Information

If upgrading should fail, the item will disappear
The Guild Blacksmith have 10% more success chance
The Demon Tower Blacksmith have the same chances as the regular Blacksmith, only they don't require Upgrade Items
The Serpent Temple Smith can only upgrade Gloves and has the same chances as the regular Blacksmith
Epic items cannot be upgraded by this Blacksmith. Instead, Seon-Pyeong can upgrade it
