Players above level 75 can click on him and all players will teleport to the 7th floor

This NPC is not needed for any quests

Same success chances as the regular Blacksmith
Doesn't require Upgrade Items
You may only upgrade once per run
You will receive a second and last chance when you didn't have enough Yang stored when attempting an upgrade
Only one special Blacksmith is spawned after you have killed Proud Demon King:

Players below level 75 will be teleported outside when they interact with the NPC
