Baek-Go	Go to Baek-Go Kill Blue wolves, until u get a Wolf Liver Return to Baek-Go

Solution:
First you go to Baek-Go that will request you to kill Blue wolves in order to get a Wolf Liver. Take the liver to Baek-Go.
