Octavio	Go to Octavio Go to Soon Go to Octavio Kill Grey wolves, until u get one Wolf intestine Return to Octavio deliver the Wolf intestine

Solution:
First you go to Octavio. Then to Soon, then back to Octavio, you have to kill Grey wolves, until u get one Wolf intestine. When u get one, you should return to Octavio
