Ward Skill

Ward skills is a passive 7th skill. Unlike other skills except the 8th (Boost Skill), this skill cannot be activcated but is rather present all the time.
Each player can learn one of the 9 ward skills. You may choose which.
Ward skills reduces the skill damage of that particular skill:

You need a Ward Manual where you can choose your skill. After choosing one, it will be visible in the skill tab (V).
Ward skills are improved similar to regular skills.
To raise your ward skill level you need:

The ward skill can jump to M1 from skill level 17. If this is not the case, you can use Book of Forgetfulness in order to prevent skill points loss. Only skill points invested from levels will be returned to re-use and not from reading the book.
Reading the ward skill book prior to M1 has a significally lower success rate than when reading from M1.
It is advisable to calculate the required skill points you need for your regular skills before investing it to the 7th or 8th skill. Because skill points spent on these skills cannot be claimed back from M1 unless you remove the skill.
If you want to remove your ward skill and desires an other skill, you must use Scroll of Fluid Training. Note that this also removes the 8th boost skill should you have one.
