Yu-Hwan	Go to Yu-Hwan Kill Desert Outlaws until u get Diary page Go to Yu-Hwan Return to Uriel

Solution:
Go to Yu-Hwan, then to Yongbi Desert where u have to kill Desert Outlaws , until you receive a Diary Page. When u have it go back to Yu-Hwanand then to Uriel.
